Estate Sales
• Preparation:
The ACME Team converts your home from a comfortable living space to a professional retail environment by carefully grouping, displaying, and pricing items for sale. Our team researches and prices all items. When necessary, we leverage our network of consultants or appraisers to value antiques, guns, jewelry, or collectables. Homeowner’s Association permissions are up to you, but ACME handles all other permitting requirements, parking and traffic control.

• Marketing:
To promote the sale, ACME will feature your sale on multiple estate sale website using descriptions, pictures, and video. In addition, we use multiple forms of social media to reach a broad spectrum of buyers. The focus of those posts, pictures, or tweets to targeted audiences and increase the reach to potential buyers or collectors.

• The Sale
During the sale, ACME has professional and knowledgeable staff on site to assist customers. To accommodate buyers’ preferences, ACME accepts most major credit cards. In addition, we do all the tedious tasks, such as collecting tax, tracking tax exempt sales and paying credit card fees.

• After the Sale:
Handling the left-overs. ACME offers two options for remaining items, Auction Buyout or Charitable Donation. In some cases, and limited to specific items, ACME provides consignment sales on EBay, or Craigslist. Whatever you choose, ACME leaves your home free, clear and broom swept.

Cleaning
ACME offers a wide array of cleaning services to prepare homes for sale or just to remove unwanted or unused items. ACME can help you reclaim closet or garage space. All fees are negotiated in advance.
